i do a pretty minimal pre-sketch and and for the main line art i improvise what i want, which now when i read that it sounds absurd, but yeah! the only thing that i always have planned is how to put down the layers of color! i usually always go back to my line art too and add some color to them to help the piece pop! i hope this helped hahaha!
